Your 7-day adventure begins at Entebbe Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed and picked up by our experienced guide. From there, you will be transferred to your hotel for a relaxing evening. Enjoy a delicious dinner and get a good night’s rest to prepare for the exciting days ahead.
After breakfast, we will start our journey towards Lake Mburo National Park. Along the way, we will make a stop at Mabamba Swamp for a thrilling canoe ride. This is a fantastic opportunity to spot the iconic shoebill and other fascinating wetland birds. We will also make another stop at Kayabwe equator crossing for a photo opportunity and a refreshing coffee break.
Today, we will embark on a full-day game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. This park is known for its diverse wildlife, including zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes, and more. Keep your camera ready as we explore the park’s beautiful savannah landscapes and encounter these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.
After breakfast, we will drive towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, famous for its population of endangered mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge and enjoy a delicious dinner. Take this evening to relax and prepare for the highlight of your trip – gorilla tracking.
Today is the day you have been waiting for – gorilla tracking! After an early breakfast, we will embark on an unforgettable adventure through the dense rainforest of Bwindi. Accompanied by experienced guides, you will have the opportunity to observe and interact with these gentle giants in their natural habitat. This is a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience that will leave you in awe of Uganda’s incredible biodiversity.
As we bid farewell to Bwindi, we will make a stopover at Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most beautiful lakes in Uganda. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful canoe ride, taking in the breathtaking scenery and tranquil atmosphere. Afterward, we will continue our journey back to Kampala, where you will be transferred to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.
